Love translates the same

A couple of weeks ago I got the wonderful opportunity to be the photographer at a wedding. It took place on one of the worst days around with horrible rain! Rain Rain and more rain.... but on the inside of the church you wouldn't even know --- well except during the ceremony someone's umbrella flew by.... the walls were all glass so it was seen blowing by. 

Inside, I was able to witness something beautiful. This is my first wedding with two languages, I took TONS (we ended up with close to 1,000) of pictures before, during and at the reception. I also usually end up thinking back to my wedding day as I listen to what the pastor has to say. Love is patient, love is kind.... for better or worse, in sickness and in health, til death do us part... what God has created, let no man separate ... it always takes me back! Everything was translated and sounded so nice. I really enjoyed hearing very familiar songs in another language. It was really a special day. 

There is just too many to choose from, but here are a few of my favorites ;) Enjoy and pass on to your friends and family who are waiting to see photos from the big day!

Heads up

Trying to go to Alaska mid-June thru end of June so just a heads up for no appointments then. Its going to be a space a trip so I might not get to go! You never know! Just sending out the alert now ;)

Life happens

Here is a family that should have been on here a long time again but again - swamped. This is Heather and her family. The girls were really shy at first, especially the youngest but we got some really cute pictures in the end. 

FCC providers special for Mothers Day

My favorite Mothers Day gifts are photos of my child given to me as a surprise. I

am offering my Mother’s Day Special to all FCC providers on Okinawa.

$15 per child

Includes – all images on a disc for the FCC provider (to use for projects and/or share with parents)

1- 5x7 of the child

2  - 4x6 of the child

We can meet and take the pictures in a park, in your back yard during outside

play, or go to Kurashiki Dam, located out Kadena Gate 3. They will just be fun pictures of all of the kids just being kids!

Mothers Day is May 10^th. The special is from March 15-April 25^th. This will allow ample

time to have everything back and ready for Mother’s Day.

Free session contest

Mothers Day will be coming up soon! Nominate your favorite Military Mom (does not have to be active duty). Tell me why she is the best mom and the winner will receive a free session for photographs of their children.
